Training Day #4

Today is a rest day. I am so glad too b/c I really needed it. Finally after some heat and ice my knee is feeling a bit better. I did not really do much today. I took a nap with Abby and we went to study group. Study group was interesting. Tony brought his friend and Paul came with me. Paul and Jennifer talked just about the whole time and it was distracting for Tony. I can totally understand that though b/c they were right beside him. Quiz tomorrow. I've done all I can do for now. My brain is turning to mush. I am eager for sleep and then I can start my day tomorrow. Circulatory system here I come!
