Fireworks and Training...

Well, Paul and I went to Mt. Trashmore tonight and watched the fireworks. It was okay. It was very, very short. I guess I am spoiled with 30+ minute shows that totally rock the house. But, nothing tops the Firework Competition we had here at the beach about 10 years ago. Now that was awesome. Seriously though, I am glad we went even if it did not match up to my expectations. I just wish Abby could have been with us. I wanted to see how she would react. I know she is not a year yet, but I missed her not having her first 4th with me. No worries though. I know she had lots of fun with Grammy. I am looking forward to seeing my little squirt tomorrow afternoon/evening. Tomorrow starts my training again. My knee did really well with the little over a mile we had to walk. I am going to start my training back, but I am gonna go really slow. There is a lot of time till October and I can still make it happen. I am also going to start preparing for the final tomorrow. It is time to get back to business. The next 10 days or so are going to go by really quick. Hard to believe that in 2 weeks we are going to be strting another mod. Time sure does fly by. I am gonna knock the final out of the park and walk away with a really good B. I have a mid B right now and cannot get an A, but want the best B that I can get. I am just that way. I want to do the best that I can. Well, that is all for now. Hope everyone had a great 4th.
