Training???

Well, training has come to a screeching halt. My knee is officially out of commission for a bit. I went to the ortho today and he did not have much to say. He wants me to have an MRI done to rule out a tear or something. I think that it is just muscle strain, but I am no doctor. I am not happy, b/c I was really enjoying the training and I was really looking forward to my first race. I am pretty much out of the Mud Run unless divine healing takes place. Still looking forward to maybe making the Race for the Cure. We will see.
